COVID-19 Procedures

To protect shoppers and business during this time we are only allowing Curbside Pickup for orders placed on the Downtown District Marketplace.

CURBSIDE PICKUP: Curbside pickup is available at all shops. Check the stores individual profiles for detail on days and times they are at the shop and whether they deliver or not.

During COVID season, you will not be permitted to enter the store for Pickup. Each business may have a different set up to pass you the order. Please be patient as we all work through this difficult time together.

When you receive your order we recommend that you open it and then wash your hands to prevent any spread.

What is Doorstep Delivery?

If the business your purchasing from allows Doorstep Delivery, this means the product will be delivered to your door based on the address you provided at checkout. The business will drop the package at your doorstep and ring the bell. Check the stores individual profiles for delivery details.

What is Curbside Pickup?
If the business your purchasing from allows Curbside Pickup, this means the product will need to be picked up by you at the business address. Once the order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email. Be sure to check the business profile to see their pick up times or call them.
During COVID season, you will not be permitted to enter the store unless it's a restaurant or cafe. Each business may have a different setup to pass you the order. Please be patient as we all work through this difficult time together.

How does it work if I order from multiple stores?
The method of pickup or delivery will vary based on the store. Be sure to note the method of each item at checkout. When you checkout with multiple items from multiple stores, an order will be created for each store to fulfill their item within your order. You may receive multiple deliveries or multiple pick up notices.

How do I find my Pickup time?
If you received an email that your order is ready for pick up, check out the store profile to ensure you know which days/times someone will be at the store. The Pickup day/time may vary by store.

What is the refund policy?
Each shop has their own policy for refunds and returns. Please read their policies before making a purchase.

How much does delivery cost?
Check the stores individual profiles for detail on days and times they are at the shop and whether they deliver or not. If there are fees, it will be outlined there.

When will my order be ready for pick up?
If you placed an order and haven’t received a communication for pick up within 4 days, contact the seller directly.
